Young people’s needs are different from that of adults. We often work with young people who have been turned away from traditional housing providers for having complex care needs. Unfortunately, these young people can sometimes end up homeless or in prison.
We have a dedicated department of peer mentors who specialise in helping young adults who need nurturing, positive role models.
We provide:
- Supported housing provision for young adults.
- Help for service users who suffer from mental health, substance misuse, autistic spectrum disorder, learning difficulties and offending behaviour.
- Bespoke/ person-centred care.
- A 24-hour supported housing service.
